About Radar Just

Radar Just is an app that follows your cases and tells you in plain words what changed: a hearing, a ruling, an appeal. It works now in the browser, on a computer or a phone; on iPhone and Android it arrives soon. It is free for now.

What it is not

Radar Just is not a service of the courts or of the Ministry of Justice, and does not speak for them. It shows you in plain words what the courts have published, as they published it. The official record remains the case file at the court.

We do not give legal advice. The explanations are general, by fixed rules, and we repeat an appeal deadline as the court wrote it, without computing it. For your own case, talk to a lawyer.

Who makes it

Radar Just is developed and owned by Protocore, a software company that builds financial and legal technology products. The data controller and the provider of the service are named in the terms of use and the privacy notice.

What it promises

You hear of each change once, from where the case stands now: what was already in the case when you added it does not reach you as news. The closer a hearing or a ruling, the sooner you know.

Notifications and emails say only what happened, the case number and the court, never the parties' names. Every account has the same limits (25 cases, 3 names or subjects, 20 court searches an hour), so every case is followed just as closely.

Who it is for

For anyone following a case: lawyers and legal advisers, magistrates and clerks, bailiffs, notaries, insolvency practitioners, experts, parties to a case, journalists and students. Each chooses a profile at the start, and the app fits its screens to it.
