GDPR and data protection

Who is responsible for your data in Radar Just, what we keep and why, who we work with and how you use your rights. In short here; in full in the privacy notice.

Who is responsible for your data

Radar Just is a Protocore service. The controller of your data, within the meaning of the GDPR, is:

These details are the ones in section 1 of the privacy notice.

In short

Radar Just reads public data from portal.just.ro (for the High Court of Cassation and Justice, from www.scj.ro; some courts' hearing lists, from their own websites) and tells you what changes in the cases you follow.
We keep only what that takes: your email address, your name, the phone you confirm by SMS, what you follow, what you saved and what we sent you. You sign in with your email and password, or with Google or Apple when you see their button.
To read the portal as rarely as we can, we also keep an index of the courts' hearing lists (case numbers, courts, times, stages; no names), and a case read for one account also answers the next account that searches for it or follows it.
Each account sees only what it follows or searched for itself, the cases of the shared groups it belongs to, and a case a lawyer gave it access to.
Your name is seen by the people you work with through Radar Just: the members of your groups, those you invite and the clients you give access to a case. Anything more about you (your bar, say) is optional, and nobody sees your phone unless you choose.
The app's notifications and emails never contain the parties' names.
The data lives on servers in Frankfurt (EU). We have no ads, we do not sell data and we do not track you in other apps.
From Settings you download your data and delete your account.

The version in force

What changed in it: An entry of the contracts register may be linked to the client's record in the clients registry; the client's name stays as you wrote it.

The version in force is always on the notice's page, with its number and date. We announce an important change in the app before it applies.

Security

What you follow, only you see: every request is checked on the server, and notifications and emails never contain the parties' names. What is encrypted and what is not is said plainly in section 12 of the notice.
