How you estimate
Choose the claim
One of 18 kinds: valued in money, partition, payment order, eviction, divorce, appeal, second appeal and more.
Answer only what matters
The value, whether the claim is valued in money, the ground or the first-instance duty: the app asks only what the chosen kind needs.
See the amount and its basis
The estimate, with the article of the law it follows. From a case’s page, it starts on the kind of claim its subject suggests.
The law, read line by line.
Behind the estimate is a table of the categories and brackets of OUG no. 80/2013, each with its article and the law’s own words. For the same answers, you get the same estimate every time.
Questions about stamp duty
Is the estimate in every plan?
Yes, in every account, on every plan. Putting it on a case as an expense belongs with fees, in the Individual and Cabinet plans.
Does it tell me whether I am exempt?
No. Some claims are exempt by law, and the estimate does not account for exemptions or reductions. For your claim, ask a lawyer or the court.
How do I know what the amount rests on?
Every result names the article of OUG no. 80/2013 it is computed by.
Can I estimate the duty for an appeal?
Yes. The app asks what matters for the appeal, such as the amount contested or the first-instance duty, and shows the article applied.
