Lawyers
Your day in court, before you get there.
For a lawyer, Today starts with today’s and tomorrow’s hearings, your place on the list and the rulings you are waiting for. The search starts from your cases and the courts where you have the most, and every change comes as a notification and by email.
How you start
You choose “Lawyer”
At “Who are you?”. The ÎCCJ’s decisions, the UNBR’s notices and the Ministry of Justice’s news are on from the start, with the daily summary at 07:30.
You bring your cases
One by one, by number or by link, or all at once, from a pasted list or a .csv or .xlsx file, as many as the account holds.
You hear what changes
You start from where the case stands: from then on, every new hearing date, ruling or appeal comes as a notification and by email.
The search starts from your cases.
On a fresh search, the app first offers “Your cases”, then the courts where you have the most cases, then Company and Party. What you type is split into pieces you see and change: number, party, company, court, year, subject.
- Your cases answer at every letter and cost nothing; a search of all the courts runs only when you press, with one of the hour’s 20.
- You open a result and see its stage, the last hearing in plain words, the next hearing and the parties before you follow it. Within 15 minutes of the search, you follow it without another search.

With colleagues and with clients.
The app offers you, once each, what helps at the office, and the office’s tools (tasks, time, clients and fees, registers, stamp duty) sit next to every case:
- “Import a list”, while your account has room;
- “Working with colleagues?”, after your fifth case: the office’s group, one list followed once for everyone, with who is responsible for each hearing;
- “Show a client their case”: access to a single case, which the client reads in plain words, with your messages.

Your notes stay yours.
Your private note, label, star and personal reminders are seen by you alone. In a shared group, colleagues see the group’s label and note; a client with access sees the case, never your notes.
Questions from lawyers
How many cases can I follow?
Up to 25 cases and 3 names or subjects per account, with 20 court searches an hour, free for now. A case you see only through the office’s group does not count among your 25.
Can I follow a criminal case?
Yes, by number, once you confirm you have an interest in it: you are a party, you represent one or you have another legitimate interest. Criminal cases do not appear in search.
What do my colleagues see of my account?
Nothing you follow for yourself only. A shared group’s cases are seen by its members, with the group’s label and note, who added them and who is responsible for them.
Does it work at the office and in the courtroom?
Yes, with the same account: in the browser, at app.radarjust.ro, and on a phone, with the iPhone and Android app, coming soon to the stores.
