Who writes and who checks
The texts are written by the Radar Just team and signed with the team's name. No text appears without a person reading and approving it.
A text that explains rules of law (a ruling, an appeal, a procedural deadline) appears only after a lawyer has read it too, named on the page with their bar. Until then, the text stays in review: it appears in no list, feed or search engine.
How we cite sources
Each guide has at least two sources, at least one of them primary: the law on legislatie.just.ro, portal.just.ro or the website of a court or a public institution. Each source carries the date we accessed it.
We cite laws with the link to their version on legislatie.just.ro and name the articles in the text. We do not copy laws or judgments: we link to them.
Dates and updates
Each guide says when it was published, when it was updated and when we last checked its links and screens. The update date changes only when the text changes.
Corrections
If you find a mistake, write to us at contact@radarjust.ro, with the page's link and what seems wrong. We correct the text, change the update date and, if the mistake changes the meaning, say on the page what was corrected.
Drafting tools
When a text's first draft was written with the help of an artificial intelligence tool, its page says so. The text goes through the same checks as any other, and the English translations are made by people.
What we do not do
We give no legal advice and no advice on a particular case: the explanations are general. We compute no deadlines for anyone. We never write the parties' names: examples use blanks such as <PARTE>, <NR> and <DATA>, and the screens are from the app, with invented data.
We do not name or compare other products and we publish no paid content.
The daily buletin
The legal buletin is composed automatically, by fixed rules and without artificial intelligence, from what the High Court, the Constitutional Court and the Ministry of Justice published. The institutions' words are quoted exactly; we add only the structure, the counts and the links.
