Court clerks
Your panel’s list, before the first case is called.
For a court clerk, Today starts with the panel you follow: the cases on today’s list, in order, and what moved on the lists of the next 14 days. The search starts from the case number.
How you start
You choose “Court clerk”
The fifth tab becomes Guide, the explanations are short, and the decisions of the ÎCCJ and the Constitutional Court are on from the start. We show you no promotion.
You follow the panel
You choose the court and the panel, from those with court lists in the last 30 days.
You get the list
On every day the panel sits, from 07:30, with how many cases it has and from what time.
The list is the court’s, not ours.
You see the court list exactly as the court publishes it, with nothing changed. The time on the list is a guide: cases are called in the list’s order, so the app shows you the order, not a promised time.
Questions from court clerks
Do I see the parties’ names on the list?
No. The lines show the case number, the field and the stage, without the parties’ names.
How many panels can I follow?
Up to three, together with the names and subjects you follow: a panel takes one of the account’s 3 places.
What do I get on days without a sitting?
No day list. You hear only if a case appears, moves or is gone on the lists of the next 14 days.
Does the judge see what I see?
Only if you share the panel’s group: then the list and what moves on it reach every member. What you follow for yourself stays yours.
