1. Who provides Radar Just

Radar Just is a Protocore service, provided by ATLAS BRIDGE TRADING LTD, a private limited company registered in Cyprus, registration number HE 495085, tax identification code (TIC) 60394076L, registered office at Zenonos Sozou 11, Floor 3, Flat/Office 303, 1075 Nicosia, Cyprus. Write to us at contact@radarjust.ro.

2. What Radar Just does

Radar Just reads the cases you follow on portal.just.ro (for the High Court of Cassation and Justice, on www.scj.ro) and tells you what changes in them: hearings, rulings, appeals, parties. It shows your day in court, sends reminders at the moments you choose, shows a court's day list, decisions and news from some public institutions (from the Monitorul Oficial on legislatie.just.ro, or from their websites), what you saved, and your hearings in a calendar. You can follow cases together with colleagues, in a shared group, and give a client read-only access to a case. It works on iPhone, Android and the web.

3. Public data, as published

  • Case data comes from portal.just.ro, where the courts publish it, and the High Court of Cassation and Justice's from its own website, www.scj.ro. We neither change it nor fill it in.
  • These websites can be late, incomplete or wrong, and we read them at intervals (section 5). The official source remains the case file at the court.
  • A Radar Just notification is not a summons and not an official communication. Procedural time limits run as the law says, from the official acts, not from our notifications.
  • Radar Just is not a service of the courts or of the Ministry of Justice.
  • We take news from the sources with its title, link and date; the High Court's and the Constitutional Court's decisions, from the Monitorul Oficial as legislatie.just.ro lists them. Its content belongs to the institution that published it.

4. Not legal advice

  • The explanations (“What it means”, “What comes next”) are general. We write them by fixed rules, starting from the court's text, which we always show beside them, unchanged.
  • We repeat the time limit for an appeal as the court wrote it; we never compute it.
  • Nothing in Radar Just is legal advice for a particular case, and it creates no lawyer–client relationship.

5. Availability

  • We work to keep the service running all the time, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We depend on portal.just.ro, on www.scj.ro, on the sources' websites, on Apple and Google, on the browsers' push services, and on the network.
  • We read each case according to how close something is in it: by day, about every 10 minutes when it has a hearing today or a ruling awaited from the last few days; every 30 minutes when the ruling has been awaited for up to a month; hourly when a hearing is within the next 7 days; a few times a day in the weeks after a ruling that can still be appealed; once a day otherwise. Less often at night. On the free plan, after the launch period, a case followed only by free accounts is read once a day, in the morning, and hourly on its hearing's day, from half an hour before its time. A High Court case is read through the service the court publishes for programs on www.scj.ro, once a day, early in the morning: the service answers only between 03:30 and 06:30, so a change there reaches you the next morning, and a case followed during the rest of the day is read the following morning. The portal and the High Court's site are the courts' servers: we read them politely, one request at a time.
  • When the portal does not answer, we tell you and retry on our own. A change shows up with us only after it shows up on the portal or on www.scj.ro.
  • We may change or stop a feature. When that affects you, we tell you beforehand.

6. Your account

  • You sign in with your email address and your password, or with Google or Apple when the app shows their button. You are responsible for your password and for access to your mailbox.
  • Keep your password to yourself. If you think someone else knows it, change it and write to us at contact@radarjust.ro.
  • An account belongs to one person.
  • While Radar Just is in testing, a new account gets in only with an access code from us. We may end a code at any time; accounts already in stay in.
  • During the launch period there is also a private pilot, by invitation only, separate from the app: what you follow there does not show in the app. Participants get its details directly, when they are invited.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Radar Just to:

  • watch a person's name without a legitimate reason, or answer the purpose question untruthfully;
  • check someone's criminal past (for example before hiring, renting or doing business), or answer the question about how you're connected to a criminal case untruthfully;
  • harass, monitor or expose anyone;
  • read the service automatically (scripts, bots), get around the limits, or load the portal through us;
  • resell or republish in bulk the data obtained through Radar Just;
  • try to reach other people's accounts, cases or searches.

When you send an update to a client or a colleague, you choose what to send and to whom; professional secrecy stays in your care.

The calendar link is secret: whoever has it sees the hearings in it. If it reached the wrong place, make a new one in the app, and the old one stops working.

8. Limits

During the launch period, an account can follow up to 25 cases and 3 names or subjects and run 20 portal searches an hour. The limits protect the portal and may change; you can see them any time in Settings › Plan. A shared group has limits of its own, on seats and cases, which you see on the group's page.

9. The free period

Radar Just is free during the launch period. If there are paid plans, we will announce them in advance, on the website and in the app. An account never moves to a paid plan on its own, and nothing is sold inside the app.

10. Ownership

The app, the texts and the design of Radar Just belong to the operator. Court data is public; the sources' content belongs to the institutions that publish it.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by delays, errors or gaps in the portal or the sources, by a notification that did not arrive, or by using the general explanations as legal advice. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

12. Suspension and ending

You can delete your account at any time: Settings › Delete account in the app. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or the portal at risk; we tell you why, when the law allows.

13. Changes

If we change these terms, we publish the new version here and announce important changes in the app before they apply. If you do not agree with them, you can delete your account.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection the law of the country you live in gives you. For any complaint, write to us first at contact@radarjust.ro.

If you are a consumer and we cannot find a solution together, you can file a complaint with the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) or ask for alternative dispute resolution, through the ANPC's SAL procedure. You can also go to court.

15. Privacy

How we use your data is in the Privacy notice.
