Shared groups

The office's cases, followed once for everyone.

A shared group keeps a team’s cases on one list: each member with their role, who answers for each hearing, comments on a case’s history and the monthly report for the owners.

A shared group's page: the Cases, Tasks, Time, Clients and Updates tabs, then the group's cases, each with the member responsible and who added it.
The Cases screen: 25 of 25, the Follow a case button, the filters All, Starred, Unread and the office group's, then the starred cases.

How a group starts

  1. Make the group

In Saved, New shared group, with a name only its members see. Its page takes you through four steps: colleagues, cases, who is responsible, notifications.

  2. Invite colleagues

By email or with a join link, each with their role: owner, member or viewer.

  3. Add the cases

From your own cases, a list of numbers or a search. Colleagues see them on the group's list.

Three roles, said plainly.

Everyone in the group has a role, which an owner can change any time:

  • an owner invites, changes roles, removes people, renames or deletes the group; a group can have several owners;
  • a member adds cases, chooses who is responsible and writes the group's notes, and can remove the cases they added;
  • a viewer sees everything and changes nothing; they see colleagues' names, without their addresses.

By email or by link, with approval.

An email invite goes only to the address typed, is accepted only with it, and lasts 14 days. A join link you give to whoever you like: it lasts 24 hours, 7 or 30 days and takes as many requests as you choose; on the web you can show it as a QR code too, for the colleague next to you.

  • Nobody gets in by a link alone: every request waits for an “Approve” from whoever decides in the group.
  • Until let in, the person who asked sees only the group's name and the name of whoever made the link.
  • Neither the invite nor the link says whether an address has an account.

Who added what, and who goes to the hearing.

Each case in the group says who added it and when, and can have someone responsible, who gets its hearing reminders. The Activity tab keeps the group's history: cases added and removed, people in and out, roles, who is responsible, and notes. Never a party's name.

  • On Today, everyone sees their own hearings first; colleagues' sit below, under “At the office today”, by who is responsible.
  • The group's label and note every member sees; your own note and label stay yours alone.

Everyone chooses what they hear.

In My notifications, each member chooses, for themselves and for that group only: every change, the important ones (rulings, new hearings, appeals), only their own (where they are responsible or which they added), or none. A particular case they can mute for themselves.

  • The group's News tab keeps every change, however you set your notifications.
  • Many changes at once come as notifications for the first three cases, then as one summary.
  • The group's name never appears in notifications or emails.

Comments on a case’s history.

Under each change in a group’s case, colleagues leave a comment: who goes to the hearing, which papers are missing. With @ you mention someone in the group, who gets a notification without the comment’s words.

  • You can edit a comment for 15 minutes; its author or an owner deletes it.
  • Viewers read the comments but do not write.
  • Anything out of place you report: the report reaches only the Radar Just team, and whoever wrote it never learns who sent it.
Comments under a change in a group case’s history: the colleague tells the lawyer he will go to the new hearing, with Delete and Report, then the field for a new comment.

The monthly report, for the owners.

One page a month about the group: the cases followed, added and removed, the hearings held and those of the next 30 days, the rulings, each person’s tasks and the time logged, by person and by client. You print it or save it as a PDF, and download it as CSV.

Only the group’s owners see the report, and it carries no parties’ names.

The monthly report for the office group, October 2026, up to 8 October: the cases followed, added and removed, then the hearings held.

Parties, subjects and panels, for the whole group.

The group can also follow a party (a person or a company), a subject or a panel. A new case found reaches each member by their notifications, but does not go onto the group's list by itself: an owner or a member adds it, with one tap.

For a party, whoever adds it confirms the purpose, on the office's behalf.

Leaving, with nothing left behind.

Whoever leaves the group can keep the cases they are responsible for as personal follows, as many as fit in their account; the rest leave their list. Someone removed from the group loses access and gets an email. The last owner hands the group over before leaving.

The group is the key. Without it, nothing of the group.

A member sees the group’s cases only while they are in it: it is checked every time they open it and at every notification. Whoever leaves or is removed sees nothing from their next visit, because nothing was copied to them. What each person writes for themselves stays theirs. An owner can ask every member to sign in with two-step verification too.

Questions about groups

What does a group cost?

For now it is free. How many places and cases the group has you see on its page, under Members; the Cabinet plan, with seats and one shared list of cases, has its price on the Pricing page.

Does a criminal case show in the group?

Only once each member confirms on their own, once, how they are connected to it. Until then the group shows them a row with no number, and they get nothing about it.

Can I follow a group's case personally?

Yes, with no search: the case is already in the group. It takes one of your places, and you get every change of it, as for any case you follow.

What stays in the group if I delete my account?

What you added and wrote stays with the group, without your name (“former member”). If you are the last owner, you hand the group over or delete it first.
