Today and hearings

Your day in court, on one screen.

Today's and tomorrow's hearings, with the room and the panel. The rulings you are waiting for, set apart. Every hearing by day, the court list and the calendar you already use.

The Hearings screen: the next hearings by day, with the rulings awaited first.
A district court's list for one day, by panel, with your line set apart.

A day with a hearing

  1. The evening before

    By default, at 19:00 you get the reminder for tomorrow's hearings: the case number and the court.

  2. In the morning

    At 07:30, the day's summary: today's hearings, what changed overnight and what you have to read.

  3. At the court

    You open the day's court list and see how many cases are ahead of yours, on your panel.

Today gathers what matters today.

From your cases, in one list:

  • today's and tomorrow's hearings, with the panel and the room, when the court has written them;
  • the rulings awaited, marked apart: they are not sessions you go to;
  • two hearings at the same time, at different courts, flagged from the day they appear;
  • what changed since you last looked.
The Today screen: an overdue task, then today's hearings with the place on the list and the panel.

Reminders, when you want them.

In Settings › Reminders you choose when we remind you of a hearing: 14, 7 or 3 days before, or the evening before, at 19:00, and on its morning, at 07:30. By default, the evening before and the morning.

  • A case can have its own moments: More › Reminders for hearings.
  • If a hearing moves, the reminders come again, for the new date.
  • They come as a notification, on the phone or in the browser, never between 22:00 and 07:00.
The Reminders screen: the switch, then the five moments, with the evening before and the morning of the hearing ticked.

A reminder of your own, on the day you choose.

From a case's menu, More › Personal reminder, or beside a ruling that states the appeal's time limit, you set a reminder for a day and a time you choose, with a note only you see.

  • It comes once, at the time you chose, as a notification and by email, if your emails are on. It says it is your reminder, the case number and the court; your note is not in it.
  • You choose the date; we compute no deadlines. Set beside an update, the reminder keeps the appeal as the court wrote it.
A personal reminder: the case and the court, what the court wrote about the appeal, the note that you choose the date, and the day chosen in the calendar.

Every hearing of a case, in order.

The history of hearings, newest first: each with the ruling in brief, the court's text, what it means and what comes next.

A case's hearings, newest first, each with the ruling in brief.

The court card, with what you need on the way.

The address, email, phone numbers and opening hours, as the court publishes them, with the date of the last update.

The card of Judecătoria Sectorul 1 București: the address, the phone numbers and the hours, with the date of the last update.

Your hearings, in your calendar.

A subscription link for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook: when the court moves a hearing, it moves in the calendar too. Or an .ics file, which you open once.

  • Through the subscription link, cases appear by number only; the .ics file also carries your labels.
  • The link is secret and you change it any time; the old one stops working.
The Calendar screen: the subscription link, the buttons that copy it or add it to a calendar.

The week, in one summary.

On Mondays at 08:00: the hearings in the next 7 days, the rulings published and the rulings you are still waiting for.

The weekly summary screen: the hearings in the days ahead and the rulings published.

The time on the list is approximate. We say so every time.

Cases are called in the order of the list, so yours may be heard later than it says. On the morning of your hearing, you have the court’s list and your place on it.

Questions about the agenda

Can I see the court list of any court, on any day?

No. You see a court’s list on the morning one of your cases has a hearing there, and, if you follow a panel, its list too.

When does the calendar update?

Through the subscription link, at your calendar’s next refresh: calendar apps refresh every few hours. The .ics file is a copy from the moment you downloaded it.

What do two hearings marked in red mean?

You have two sessions at the same time, at different courts. We mark them from the day both appear, so you have time to ask for a postponement or send a colleague.

Do I get reminders at night?

No. Hearing reminders come at 19:00 or at 07:30, at the moments you chose, and a personal one between 07:00 and 22:00. Between 22:00 and 07:00 the other notifications come without sound, if you left Quiet nights on.
