Official sources
The decisions that bear on your cases.
What the High Court, the Constitutional Court, the Ministry of Justice and the UNBR publish, chosen by the articles, subjects and courts in your cases, with the link to the official text and the reason you are seeing it.
How a decision reaches you
It is published
A decision, a new question sent to the High Court or a notice, as the institution publishes it.
We match it to your cases
The field, the subject, the articles cited and the courts in the cases you follow say what concerns you.
We tell you why
Each item chosen for you shows the reason, for example “because you follow 3 enforcement challenge cases”.
Four institutions, chosen by you.
You choose them in Settings › Sources; the High Court's RIL and HP decisions are on from day one.
- The High Court of Cassation and Justice: RIL and HP decisions and the notices of new questions sent to it.
- The Constitutional Court: its decisions.
- The Ministry of Justice: press releases, drafts in public consultation, exam notices.
- The National Union of Romanian Bars: the profession’s notices.
You see a High Court decision after its official publication, weeks or months after it is delivered. The High Court’s cases you follow separately, by number.

The institutions' online services, in one place.
A list of public e-services (cases, registers, payments, certificates), chosen by your profile and kept up to date: a link that stops working leaves the list.
- For a criminal case, the DEN sheet copies the number and opens the site, where you look it up yourself.

What you find and what you don’t, said up front.
You find the High Court’s and the Constitutional Court’s decisions and the notices of the Ministry of Justice and the UNBR. You will not find the whole Monitorul Oficial, the CSM’s website, DEN or cases that are not public. We show an item’s title, link and date, not its full text.
Questions about sources
When does a High Court or Constitutional Court decision appear?
After its official publication, not on the day it is delivered: for the High Court, usually weeks or months later. The notice of a new question sent to the High Court usually appears on the day it is registered. Once it is published, you see it within a few hours.
Can I turn a source off?
Yes, in Settings › Sources. “Less of this” on an item changes its weight for your account only.
What comes as a notification and what only in the app?
What concerns you directly comes as a notification, in the daytime: for example a RIL or HP decision on the subject of your cases, or a question sent to the High Court from a case you follow. What belongs to your field appears in Today and in the morning summary; the rest, in News.
Why is a source I use missing?
Radar Just adds only institutions’ public sources that allow it, without getting round any restriction. If a public source is missing, write to us at contact@radarjust.ro.
