Bailiffs

Contestations and stays, first.

For a bailiff, Today starts with the enforcement cases you follow: contestations to enforcement, stays, garnishment validations and payment orders. The search starts from the company and the party, and every change comes as a notification and by email.

The card of a contestation to enforcement: the status “Waiting for the ruling from the hearing of 8 October”, the button for today’s court list and the last hearing, with the panel and the room.
An ÎCCJ decision in News, on the time limit for contesting successive enforcement acts, with the button that opens the official text.

How you start

  1. You choose “Bailiff”

    At “Who are you?”. The Ministry of Justice’s news and the ÎCCJ’s decisions are on from the start, with the daily summary at 07:30.

  2. You add your cases

    By number, by link or from a list, pasted or from a .csv or .xlsx file.

  3. You follow your debtors

    By name, at one court or at all, with the reason you confirm.

Enforcement cases, in one place.

The first block in Today gathers, from the cases you follow, contestations to enforcement, requests to stay enforcement, garnishment validations and payment orders. Those changed since your last visit come first, then those with the nearest hearing. Then:

  • your day: today’s and tomorrow’s hearings, with your place on the list;
  • two hearings at the same time at different courts;
  • what the names you follow found;
  • what changed, and the news from your sources.

Debtors, followed by name.

The app offers once to follow a debtor by name: you hear when they appear in a new case, at the court you choose or at all. First you confirm the reason: a name is personal information, so we follow it only if it is yours, a party’s you represent, or one in which you have a legitimate interest.

The Parties and subjects screen: a name followed at every court, with 8 cases found, a new insolvency case, the switch Follow new cases automatically and the one that tells of insolvency.

The search, from company, party and subject.

On a fresh search, the app offers Company, Party and “Subject: contestație la executare”, already typed. You put them together with the court and the year, in one search of the hour’s 20.

Every change, as a notification and by email.

For a bailiff, email starts with every change in your cases. You can gather it into one summary a day at any time, or keep it to rulings, new hearing dates and appeals.

  • On a phone, as a notification. In the web app, as a browser notification once you allow it; on an iPhone, once you add the app to the Home Screen.

The office and the creditor.

The app offers, once each, a shared group for the office, with who is responsible for each hearing, and “Client access”: the creditor sees a single case, explained in plain words, with your messages.

Debtors’ names never leave the app.

No notification and no email carries the parties’ names: only what happened, the case number and the court. You see the names only in the app, as the court published them.

Questions from bailiffs

Which cases go into “Contestations and stays”?

The cases you follow whose subject is a contestation to enforcement, a garnishment validation, a payment order or summons, and requests to stay enforcement. The other cases stay in Cases and Hearings.

How many debtors can I follow by name?

Three names or subjects per account, free for now, each with the reason you confirm. With “Follow new cases automatically”, a new case found is followed too, as far as your 25 allow.

Do enforcement acts end up in the app?

No. Radar Just shows you what the courts publish about their cases: hearings, rulings, parties. The acts of your office never reach us.

Does the creditor see my other cases?

No. With “Client access” they see only the case you gave them access to, in plain words, with your messages, never your notes or other cases.

Add your first case.

The number on the summons is all you need. In the browser now, on iPhone and Android soon.
