Notaries

Successions and partitions, followed to the ruling.

For a notary, Today starts with the succession and partition cases, and those in which a ruling stands for an authentic act, among the cases you follow. The ÎCCJ’s decisions and the Ministry of Justice’s news come from the start.

The News screen: a new insolvency case for a name followed, a hearing tomorrow and a ruling in a case, with the filters All, Unread, Cases and Sources.
An update: Ruling: partly granted, with the appeal as the court wrote it, the case and the court, the court’s text and what it means.

How you start

  1. You choose “Notary”

    At “Who are you?”. The ÎCCJ’s decisions and the Ministry of Justice’s news are on from the start, with the daily summary at 07:30.

  2. You add your cases

    By the number on the court’s letter, by link, or from a list.

  3. You hear of the ruling

    As a notification and, from the start, by email: rulings, new hearing dates and appeals.

Successions and authentic acts, the first block.

From the cases you follow, Today first gathers successions, partitions and requests for a ruling to stand for an authentic act, the most recently changed first. Then:

  • your day: today’s and tomorrow’s hearings;
  • two hearings at the same time at different courts;
  • what changed in your cases;
  • the decisions and news from your sources.

The search, from the number or the subject.

On a fresh search, the app offers Number and “Subject: succesiune”, already typed. You add the court and the year and search once, with one of the hour’s 20 searches.

The ruling, with the court’s text.

At every change you see what happened, the court’s text quoted exactly, what it means and what comes next, with the appeal as the court wrote it. Radar Just computes no deadlines.

An update: Ruling: partly granted, given on Thursday 8 October, with an appeal within 30 days of service, the case, the court’s text and what it means.

What matters, by email.

For a notary, email starts with rulings, new hearing dates and appeals. You can switch it to every change, one summary a day or nothing at any time.

  • On a phone, as a notification. In the web app, as a browser notification once you allow it; on an iPhone, once you add the app to the Home Screen.

The full judgment stays with the court.

In Radar Just you see what the court publishes about the ruling: the short ruling and its text, not the full judgment nor its reasoning. A copy of the judgment is issued by the court.
