Insolvency practitioners

Every company, with all of its cases.

For an insolvency practitioner, Today starts with the companies that appear in several of your cases, each ready to be put in a group. The search starts from the company and from the subject insolvency.

The Saved screen: two starred cases and, under Groups, the groups “Contestations to enforcement” and “To read”, each with how many saved items it holds.
The Search screen: the field for a number, name, company or court, the button that searches the courts and the hour’s 20 searches.

How you start

  1. You choose “Insolvency practitioner”

    At “Who are you?”. The Ministry of Justice’s news and the ÎCCJ’s decisions are on from the start, with the daily summary at 07:30.

  2. You add your cases

    By number or from a list, pasted or from a .csv or .xlsx file.

  3. You make the groups

    One for each company, from the block “Companies in several cases”.

The companies, before the cases.

The first block in Today, “Companies in several cases”, shows the companies that appear in at least two of your cases, with how many cases each has and the next hearing. With “Make a group”, a company’s cases stay together.

These groups are personal: only you see them, in Saved. The list is made from the cases you already follow and uses up no search.

Then your day in court.

After the companies, in the profile’s order:

  • today’s and tomorrow’s hearings, with your place on the list;
  • two hearings at the same time at different courts;
  • what changed in your cases;
  • what the names and subjects you follow found;
  • the decisions and news from your sources.

The search, from the company.

On a fresh search, the app offers Company, then “Subject: insolvență”, already typed, then Court. You type the company’s name as you know it: the legal form doesn’t matter, so the company is found however the cases write it.

A company, followed by name.

To hear when a company appears in a new case, you follow it by name, at one court or at all, once you confirm the reason. A name takes one of the account’s 3 places.

What matters, by email.

For an insolvency practitioner, email starts with rulings, new hearing dates and appeals. You can switch it to every change, one summary a day or nothing at any time.

  • On a phone, as a notification. In the web app, as a browser notification once you allow it; on an iPhone, once you add the app to the Home Screen.

Your groups stay yours.

A personal group is seen by you alone. To work with colleagues on the same cases, you make a shared group: its cases are seen by its members, each with their role, and your notes stay yours.

Questions from insolvency practitioners

How does the app know which companies are in several cases?

From the parties of the cases you already follow, as the cases name them. It uses up no search for that.

Do colleagues see my groups?

Not the personal ones. For a shared list you make a shared group: its members see it, with who added each case and who is responsible for it.

How many cases can I follow?

Up to 25 cases and 3 names or subjects per account, with 20 court searches an hour, free for now.

Can I find all of a company’s cases?

Those its name appears in. If a search passes 1,000 cases, the list is no longer complete, and the app tells you how to narrow it, for instance to a court or a year.

Add your first case.
