Registers

The office’s registers, numbered by year.

Legal assistance contracts, powers of attorney and delegations, in a register with its own numbers. The in/out register keeps the documents received and sent, with their case and who handles them.

A new entry in the contracts register: it takes number CV4/2026, with the date, the client, the type (legal assistance contract, lawyer’s power of attorney or delegation) and the linked cases.
The office’s in/out register: the search, the filters by year and direction, New entry, Numbering, CSV and PDF export, then entry R1/2026, a summons from a district court, with its case and who handles it.

How you keep a register

  1. Choose the register

In Services › Tools: your own register, or a group’s you are in.

  2. Make an entry

The date, the client, the type, the linked cases and a note. The entry takes the year’s next number.

  3. Take it out

As a CSV table, or printed or saved as a PDF, for the year you choose.

Contracts, powers of attorney and delegations.

Each entry has its date, its client, its type and the linked cases, which you open from the register. You pick the client from the clients register, and the entry then shows on their record too.

A number given is never given again.

Each year starts at 1, with a prefix of your own if you like. A cancelled entry stays in the register, marked, with its reason, and its number is never given to another entry, not even after you delete it.

  • “Next number” only moves forward: you carry on from your paper register without giving a number twice.
  • Each entry’s history says who changed what, and when.

The in/out register.

Documents received and sent, numbered by year: from whom or to whom, what they hold, their case and who handles them. You search by number, institution or content, and “Mine” shows only what is yours to handle.

On paper or in a table.

You export the contracts register as CSV or PDF, and the in/out register as CSV or printed: for the year you choose, with all its entries, ready for the office’s own files.

A group’s register, kept by the team.

In a group, the owners and members fill in the register; viewers read it. Only owners change the numbering or delete an entry.

The register keeps the record. The papers stay with you.

Radar Just has no contract templates and keeps no documents: the register holds the date, the number, the client, the type and the cases, and the contract’s text stays with you. What you write in a register never shows in notifications or emails.

Questions about registers

Are the registers in every plan?

Yes. The contracts register and the in/out register are in every account, on every plan, the free one included.

Can I carry on from my paper register?

Yes. In Numbering you choose the year’s next number and, if you use one, the prefix. The number only moves forward.

What do I do with a wrong entry?

Cancel it, with its reason: it stays in the register, marked, and its number is never given again. You can restore it too.

Is the in/out register linked to a client?

It is linked to a case and to who handles it. The contracts register is the one linked to a client’s record.
