Radar Just

Import and export

All your cases at once. Your data, back any time.

You paste a list of numbers or pick a spreadsheet, and Radar Just finds them and follows them all. And the other way: your cases and hearings as a table for Excel, or everything we keep about you, in one file.

The Add several cases sheet: a pasted email with four case numbers, the button for a .csv or .xlsx file, the 4 numbers found and ticked, and the room left in the account.
The Cases screen: 25 of 25 cases followed, the Follow a case button, the filters and the starred cases.

How you bring in a list

  1. Paste or pick

An email, a summons, a column of a spreadsheet, or a .csv or .xlsx file of up to 10 MB. Up to 500 numbers at once.

  2. Tick

The app finds the case numbers, suffixes such as /a1 included, and shows how many still fit in the account. You tick the ones to follow.

  3. They are added for you

One after another, and beside each you see how it stands. You can close the sheet: the list carries on without you.

The numbers, however they are written.

“Dosar nr. 91234/3/2025, Tribunalul București” in an email becomes a number to follow. A number with court code 1 is followed at the High Court. The same number at the same court, written twice, counts once.

  • Beside each number you see what happened: followed now, already followed, not published (yet), did not fit.
  • A criminal case on the list is not followed until you say how you are connected to it.

The room in your account, said first.

A list is followed whole or not at all: if the new cases do not fit in the room left, the app tells you how many to untick and follows nothing by halves. The whole list uses one search at most, not one per case.

Each case starts from what is there now: you get no notification for what was already in it.

Straight into a group.

A list can go into a shared group too: on the group’s page, Add cases, you pick from your own cases or paste other numbers. The room is the group’s, not yours, and the whole batch costs one search at most. From search, the ticked results go into one of your own groups too.

Your cases and hearings, as a table.

In Settings › My data you download two CSV files for Excel:

  • your cases: the number, the court, your label, the next hearing, the last change and the status;
  • the hearings ahead, day by day: the day, the time, hearing or ruling due, the number, the court, the panel and your label.

No parties' names. Romanian letters show properly in Excel, and the times are Romania's.

Everything we keep about you, in one file.

Also in Settings › My data, “Everything we keep about you” is a JSON file with your account and settings, the cases, names and subjects you follow with their labels and notes, your searches, saved items and groups, your reminders and what we sent you. We offer it on the account deletion page too, before you delete.

Nothing is followed in your place.

You tick the list, and a criminal case waits for your answer. The export is yours: you download it any time, without asking us.

Questions about import and export

Which files can I import?

A .csv or .xlsx of up to 10 MB, or any pasted text: an email, a summons, a column copied from a spreadsheet. The app looks for the case numbers in it.

How many cases can I bring in at once?

Up to 500 numbers in one list, as many as fit in your account's room, which you see in Settings › Plan. In a shared group, the group's room counts.

How long does it take?

The cases are added one by one, and beside each you see how it stands. A case your search found in the last 15 minutes, or one a group of yours already sees, is followed on the spot.

Where is the export?

In Settings › My data: the two CSV tables and the JSON file. The account deletion page offers it too, before you delete.

Add your first case.

The number on the summons is all you need. In the browser now, on iPhone and Android soon.
